1. What kind of ticket do I need to attend?
There are several ticket options:

Pole Expo Only (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM): $40

Afterparty Add-On (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): +$20

Afterparty Only: $40

VIP Competition Seating: Add $20 for front-row seating during the competition

2. Where is Pole Expo taking place?
The event will be held at Nine Twenty Warehouse in Las Vegas. Parking is available in the lot next door. Parking attendants will be present, but valet service is not available. For those using rideshare, please use the designated parking lot for pickup and drop-off.

3. Can I be a vendor or sponsor?
Absolutely! Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We currently have two Gold Sponsors. For details and availability, please visit the Vendor & Sponsor tab on our website.

4. What’s the difference between Las Vegas Pole Camp and Pole Expo?
Las Vegas Pole Camp is a multi-day experience focused on intensive workshops and training held May 1st through May 2nd. Pole Expo, held May 3rd, is a one-day community celebration featuring vendors, performances, and the pole competition.

5. What is the Afterparty?
The Afterparty is a high-energy two-hour event featuring:

A 90-minute live DJ set by DJ Amanati

Star Showcase with world-renowned pole dancers and acrobats
It’s an epic way to end the day and celebrate together.

6. Will food and drinks be available?
Yes! A full bar will be available—cash and card accepted. We’ll also have a healthy food truck on-site.

7. Where can I find the event schedule?

8. Can I volunteer for the event?
All event positions are paid. We are not accepting volunteer applications at this time.

9. When is the deadline line to apply for pole expo? When will I know if I got in?
Deadline for video submission for pole classic and exotika is February 28th, 2026. Announcement of competitors will be March 7th,2026.

10. Can the submission video be more than two minutes and can the video be edited?
The video should be 2 minutes long (plus or minus a few seconds). No editing is allowed.
